My morning routine lately consists of my favorite breakfast!
A large cup of coffee, a warm bowl of old fashioned quaker oats mixed with a scoop of fresh salted peanut butter and berries.
Make it: Combine 1/2 cup of old fashioned quaker oats, 1 cup of water, one table spoon of ground flax or chia seeds, sprinkle of cinnamon, two table spoons salted peanut butter for two minutes in the microwave. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
